FirstDrs. apt 7/31 and follow-up wt. check 8/7

Thomas had his first drs. apt. on 7/31.....6 days old. They said he was doing great. He left the hospital on 7/28 with a wt. of 5 lbs 9oz. only lost 6% from birth wt. His wt. at this apt. was 5lbs 11 1/2 oz. They told us that he needed to gain 1/2 - 1 oz /day. We went back 1 week later on 8/7 and his wt. was 6lbs 7 oz. he gained 11.5 oz in 7 days. Amazing! We were all very pleased with his progress. He's a growing boy! We go back for his 1 month check up on 8/26....cant wait to see what his wt. is then. :)
